These terms govern use of the GOPRYME website and purchases made through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Store use
You must provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. You may not interfere with store security, misuse content, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Products and information
We aim to present current product, price, availability and delivery information, but we may correct errors before accepting an order. Product packaging and the current label are the controlling sources for ingredients, servings, storage, warnings and expiry information.
Website content is educational and is not medical advice. Health supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Seek qualified advice for individual health questions.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation records that we received your order; it does not prevent us from declining or cancelling an order for an error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or another lawful reason. If we cancel after payment, we will return the relevant amount through the original payment method. Prices and charges shown at checkout apply to that order.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Current delivery estimates and the 14-day money-back terms—including eligibility for opened products and the fact that no product or packaging return is required—are set out on Shipping & Returns. Delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, public holidays, address issues and events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The GOPRYME name, site design, original text, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to GOPRYME. You may use the site for personal shopping and information, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party services
The store relies on services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers and external links. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an external website merely because we link to it.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOPRYME is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply.
