How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied with a GOPRYME product, contact us within 14 calendar days from the recorded delivery date with your order number and product name. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take 7–14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel any time before the order is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but the 14-day money-back guarantee begins when it is delivered.
Do I need to return the product?
A physical return is not required for the 14-day money-back guarantee. If you choose to arrange an optional return by mail, contact support before sending it. Optional return postage is customer-paid, and there is no restocking fee.
