14-day money-back guarantee
If you feel no effects from a GOPRYME product, contact us within 14 calendar days beginning on the date the carrier records the order as delivered.
All GOPRYME products are eligible, whether opened or unopened. You do not need to return the product, remaining contents or packaging, and no medical evidence, photographs or written proof of an effect is required.
Provide your order number and product name so we can locate the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
There is no fixed claim-count or first-purchase limit. The 14-day contact window applies to each request. If you purchased through an authorised marketplace, its payment system may require the refund to be processed through that platform; contact us if you need help.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel any time before the order is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but the 14-day money-back guarantee begins when it is delivered.
